BSB - Bodensee-Schiffsbetriebe (Vereinigten Schifffahrtsunternehmen für den Bodensee und Rhein) operate the ferries on Lake Constance between Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

FIP discounts apply with the following operators:

• Booking options at the Ticket Office and on the ferry.

Validity FIP Reduced Ticket

FIP 50 Tickets can be purchased on the ferry.

Children up to and including 5 years of age travel free of charge. From the age of 6, the regular FIP adult fare applies.²

The Lake Constance Children’s Card (Bodensee-Kinderkarte) costs €10 per day and allows all children of a family between 6 and 15 years of age to travel, provided at least one parent holds a regular ticket and accompanies the journey. See the BSB website: Lake Constance Children’s Card.

All birthday children travel free of charge on their birthday in regular service upon presentation of their original ID card. The birthday ticket must be obtained at the sales points before departure.³

Break of Journey

A break of journey is permitted without formalities.²

Transport of vehicles ²

The full regular fare applies for bicycles. There is no discount for vehicles between Friedrichshafen and Romanshorn.

FIP Card Holders receive a 50% discount on the zellerSEEticket (zSEEt). No other discounts are accepted.¹
